Mrs. Snigdha Suman , a NIFT Graduate from Accessory Design , travelled and worked with great Jewellery designers and won some design awards like Tahitian Pearl Design Award – First Prize – India Subcontinent for Design in Male Jewellery Category, Breakthrough Club – APAC award , Tahitian Pearl Design Award – Finalist – India Subcontinent for Design in Female Jewelry Category and in year 2008 switched ferom design to numbers which helped bridge the gap between design and sales and offered collections that were scalable . The year 2010 her professional journey took her to the 135 year old legendary beauty giant, Avon Beauty Products India Pvt Ltd, where she is the head of Marketing and building strong foothold for Avon India Digital space and has added several accolades to her professional profile like CEO Award 2019- ‘cash & stock’ , Future leader 2019 -2020 and many more to come is also an Academic Mentor for Beginner’s and is associated with us since 2004
